Appointment Confirmation, Deposits & Forms

All appointments require a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the service.

Within 24 hours of submitting an appointment request, you will receive a confirmation email that includes all necessary forms. If you have questions regarding the forms please fill out our contact form.

Deposits will are non-refundable. However, if you have extenuating circumstances we can roll over your deposit for a rescheduled appointment.

Extenuating circumstances: injury, illness, death or hospitalization of a loved one, labor, etc. We can discuss this case by case. 

Lateness& Cancellation Policies

Please be on time. I cannot accommodate late arrivals. Late arrivals will result in a reduced time of service. Though you are still responsible for the full cost of service.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and alterations of your appointment made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. However cancellations within the 24 hour window will forfeit their deposit.

If you are sick or have a contagious condition (skin or otherwise), please reschedule. Your deposit will be rolled over to a rescheduled appointment.

If you arrive sick you will be turned away and offered the opportunity to reschedule for service at a later date. Your deposit will be rolled over to your new appointment. If this becomes a regular occurrence your deposit will be forfeited. 

Home Visit's

All home visits require a deposit of 50% of the service price and an up to date ID to be left on file.

To book a home visit you must put through an appointment request and indicate this is a home visit.These appointments cannot be booked for same day service.

All home visits include a $30 travel fee reflected in the service price. If you have your own table, linens, and necessary bolsters this fee is reduced to $25.

Please ensure you have a private space large enough (8ft×10ft) available in your home and all animals are locked away in another room.

** I am temporarily not doing home visits from June until end of August!

Booking Trades

If you are interested in booking a trade with me please reach out via the contact form.

Once your request has been approved I will send you instructions on how to book with me.

  • Art/art lessons

  • Hair cut/styling

  • Music lessons (guitar, bass, voice).

Preparing for your appointment

Please arrive showered and with good personal hygiene.

Integrative massage preparation - This massage is generally provided with the use of oil and is skin to skin, expect to disrobe. You can undress to your comfort level, it is not necessary for you to be completely nude. You will remain properly draped at all times during our session for your comfort and mine.

Eastern Integrative massage preparation - This massage is clothed, so please wear comfortable loose fitting clothing that is easy to move around in. 

Sliding Scale & Tipping

If you have financial restrictions and would like to receive treatment please reach out via the contact form and we can discuss sliding scale options.

I am also willing to do trades. If you are able to offer something that is not on my current trades list, please reach out anyways as I may still be interested.

Tips are welcomed but not necessary as my prices include all of my necessary costs.
